Bishop Valentino Williams is the Lead Servant Pastor of Life Changers Ministries International located in the Bahamas. Under his stellar leadership the church has grown exponentially in size, spirit and assets over the past 17 years and continues to be one of the most progressive ministries in the Caribbean Region.

 

Called to the kingdom for such a time as this, Bishop Williams is a chosen voice and trusted vessel that God has raised up from the isles of the sea. He has embraced with humility, the responsibility of grooming, mentoring and covering pastors and leaders for the advancement of the kingdom of God.

 

As a visionary and global leader, Bishop Williams pioneered and founded the Church Development Strategies Conference, an annual church leadership conference which focuses on building strong and healthy churches. The conference is held in the Bahamas and attracts hundreds of attendees (pastors and church leaders) who desire to learn how to take their ministries to the next level.

 

Bishop Williams has held numerous leadership positions in the secular and religious arena both in the Bahamas and the United States of America. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Carpet World Group of Companies and is a member of the Bahamas Christian Council.
